Minimum stay

The minimum stay days during the year are as follows:


- 2 days stay: 01/01 to 06/17 and 10/12 to 12/31
- 3 days stay: 06/18 to 10/11

Pets Allowed?

No, unfortunately we do not have the capacity to receive animals, we will work for it for the future.

Are there cleaning products in the apartments?

Yes, there are products to clean the kitchen utensils.

Do the apartments have amenities?

Yes, there is an amenity pack at your disposal that will be replenished during your stay if necessary. 

Are there towels and sheets in the apartments?

Yes, the apartments are equiped with towels for every guest and bedlinen. In summer there will also be pool towels to enjoy your stay at the pool side. 

How much does it cost to connect to WiFi?

Nothing. The WiFi connection in you apartment and the common areas are free. We'll provide your password upon arrival.

Is it allowed to smoke in the Alidreams apartments?

No it is not allowed to smoke inside the apartments. Spanish law prohibits smoking inside any enclosed parts of the apartments or the comon areas, rooms and hallways. Smokers can use the terraces as long as ashtrays are used.

Do the apartments have kitchen appliances?

Yes, all apartments are equipped with a fridge/freezer, a Dolce Guster, a kettle, a juicer a toaster, electric stove and a microwave oven.

Is there a hair dryer in the room?

Yes, there is a hairdryer in the room.

Is there public transport nearby?

Yes, there is a TRAM stop very closeby. It will take you to te city center or to some towns along the coast. You can find more information in the guest guide which you'll find in your room, together with the phone numbers of the transport company. If you have any questions, you can also ask our staff.

Is there a hotel security service?

Yes, the complex has 24/7 camera surveilance. However we recomend not to leave personal items unattended. There is a safe in each apartment where you can keep your valuables.

The access to the camera footage is limited to autherized personel only and will exclusively be used for access control and safety of installations and people.

Are the apartments adapted to people with reduced mobility?

Yes, all the comon areas of the complex(reception, terrace, swimming pool etc.) and one of the studios are adapted to people with reduced mobility.

Do the apartments have a laundry facilities?

Yes, in the main building there are a washing and drying  machine available. Guests can use them for free.

How much does it cost to use the safe in the apartment?

The safe, which you will find in your room, is free to use. Alidreams is not responsable for valuables that are placed inside the safe.

Is it necessary to reserve a baby-cot in advance? Are there extra costs involved

If you would like to use a baby-cot during your stay, you can advise us while you are making your reservation. If available, the cost will be €5,- per day.

Is there parking available?

Yes, we have a parking garage for our guests (1 place per apartment) for €10 per day.

Do you offer a late check-out?

Yes, depending on availability it is possible to check out later (it may involve additional costs). In case a late check-out is not available, you can use our lockers to store your luggage and we have showers available so you can refresh before heading to go to your destination.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

You can check in from 2 o'clock in the afternoon onwards.

Check-out is until 12 in the afternoon.

WHat should I do if I have not received a confirmation email?

If you haven't received your confirmation email, please contact us on info@alidreams.com. We will find your reservation and resend the email.

Are there an iron and iron board in the room?

Yes, you will find both in the room, free of charge.
