ACCEPTANCE
The client accepts the following conditions for the occupancy of the tourist apartments for the period, price and number of occupants subject to this contract.

GENERAL INFORMATION
ESIZ I INMOBILIARIO, S.L. is a company with corporate address at Avenida Rambla 56 Entlo A, 03550, Sant Joan d'Alacant (Alicante); was incorporated indefinitely by means of a public deed executed before the Notary of Alicante Mr Augusto Pérez-Coca Crespo, on 31st March 2016, under protocol number 622; registered at the Trade Registry of Alicante, volume 3,937, sheet 111, page A-149503, registration 1 and with tax identity number B-54925839.
ALIDREAMS is a registered trademark and alidreams.com is a registered name whose rights belong to ESIZ I INMOBILIARIO, S.L.
The particular conditions of some of the offered services can substitute, modify or complement these General Reservation Conditions.
As the provider of this service, ALIDREAMS makes these General Contract Conditions available to clients. In this sense, if the client confirms the reservation, ALIDREAMS deems that clients will understand they expressly accept that they have read, understood and approved the terms and conditions in these General Contract Conditions. In the event the client does not accept or has not clearly understood any of the conditions, the reservation should not be continued with. Unless otherwise stipulated in writing, ALIDREAMS will presume these General Contract Conditions are accepted by the client when making the reservation. No stipulation made by the client may differ from those of ALIDREAMS if not expressly accepted previously and in writing by ALIDREAMS.
All clients must be of legal age (over 18 years old) and have the necessary legal capacity to contract the offered services. Personal data provided by each client must be true and processed in accordance with current legislation.

CANCELLATION, RESERVATION AND PRICE CONDITIONS
With the aim of guaranteeing the conditions of freedom and equality of people to be real and effective (objective of the Spanish Constitution Article 9.2), as also included in the European Directive 2000/43/EC, the rights of our clients, owners and, in the same way, the rights of the rental clients, must be respected in accordance with current regulations in the event of CANCELLATIONS, etc.
ALIDREAMS will be entitled to the payment of administration costs plus compensation (According to decree 19/1997 of 11 February of the Generalitat Valenciana, that regulates reservations for tourist accommodation).

CANCELLATIONS
REFUND FOR CANCELLING A REFUNDABLE RESERVATION: reservations may be cancelled/modified without any surcharge up to 2 days before arrival.
NON-REFUNDABLE CANCELLATION: the amount charged is not refundable in the event of cancellation/modification.
Any modification to the reservation made by the client, except modifying check-in and check-out times, for all purposes, such as cancellation, will require a new reservation.
The indicated charges in the reservation conditions or, failing this, the corresponding charges in accordance with regulations, will be charged. In this sense, transfer costs, refunds, credit card or any other charges will be deducted in accordance with current regulations.
According to Consumer Law in relation to contracting services by the Internet, the exceptions are as follows: "There is no right to withdraw from contracts for providing accommodation services when, at the time of signing the contract, the owner or employer undertakes to provide such services on a specific date or specific period".
In the event clients do not show up, 100% of the reservation will be charged. In this sense, in the event that the client does not arrive on the date agreed upon reservation, or if the client does not inform the office of a check-in time, ALIDREAMS reserves the right to consider, for all purposes, their reservation as "no show" after 00:00 a.m., unless the client notifies the company they will arrive at a different time. The company will try to contact the client by the appropriate means to understand the reason for their delay.

PRICES AND RESERVATIONS
Accommodation prices include maintenance, upkeep and furniture repairs (except for those that exceed normal and diligent use), water supplies, electricity, swimming pool, gym, internet, air conditioning/heat pump, daily cleaning and beds (does not include cleaning kitchenware).
PRICES: the prices indicated on this website include the corresponding taxes in force at each time they are applicable.
The reservation prices and conditions are specified in the corresponding offer. IVA (VAT) is included in the reservation price.
All prices are expressed in EUROS.
An invoice will be issued for every payment made to ALIDREAMS, which will include the name of the registered client or the company name that has been provided when making the reservation. Said invoice will be delivered to the client via the email indicated in the reservation when the rental has been confirmed and the payment of all contracted services has been received.

Offers will be valid for the period as indicated in the offer.
In the event of computer or typographical errors in prices, ALIDREAMS will proceed to correct them as soon as they are detected. In such cases, ALIDREAMS will apply the correct price to the reservation, provided that due diligence in the process and the anticipation of the date on which the services are due to commence allow so.
Methods of payment permitted in order to confirm the reservation will be those detailed in the offer.
In addition to the reservation, clients must sign a tourist accommodation rental contract on the first day stipulated in the reservation.
Children up to and including two years can sleep for free in the existing beds in the reservation, above this age the regular rate will be applied.


IDENTIFICATION
Clients must prove their identity within 12 hours after checking into the establishment by showing a document that accredits their identity.
The establishment will send the information related to the people staying at the accommodation to the General Police Directorate in accordance with public safety regulations.


PROPERTY CLASSIFICATION
Properties will be classified in the category they belong to according to Decree 91/2009 of 3 July. Bearing in mind the properties are in line with their category and description, they must be kept in perfect liveability conditions, including the facilities and services. Properties must also be maintained and cleaned adequately, and with functioning supplies and facilities.
The corresponding tourist registration identification number will be visible inside the property.

EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
In no case will the existence of agreements of ALIDREAMS with websites or Channel Managers to commercialise ALIDREAMS properties will make ALIDREAMS liable for the content, comments, promotions or services provided by them. ALIDREAMS is not liable for decisions made from the information provided on websites or for the damages caused to the users or third parties arising from actions that have as a sole basis the information obtained on other websites, whether referring to quality, outdated information, errors, or uselessness of the contents and/or services of the websites other than the website Alidreams.com

CANCELLATION OF CONTRACY BY THE COMPANY
In the event of unforeseen circumstances and not attributable to the company the accommodation could not be occupied, the company will make available to the client another accommodation of equal or superior characteristics, without any reimbursement.
ALIDREAMS has complaint forms available to clients in compliance with current legislation.

INTERPRETATION OF RATES
The prices shown on the website are per accommodation and day, based on the indicated period.

CONTRACT AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
When you make your reservation on the internet, you will receive a written confirmation as soon as possible. 100% of the reservation payment must be paid within 2 days before arrival. When paying the reservation, the client also declares they have read and understood ALIDREAMS' general conditions and accepts them. Once the amount has been received, we will confirm receipt and send check-in instructions.
Any expense generated during your stay can be paid by POS. ALIDREAMS reserves the right to cancel the reservation if 100% of the reservation payment has not been made 2 days before arrival.

INCLUDED SERVICES
Electricity, water and gas. The property will be cleaned and provided with a complete set of sheets and towels for the number people booked into the accommodation. Clients can request a pool towel at the reception with a maximum of one per guest, and leave it within the apartment on the day of your departure. In case of loss or damage to the towel, an amount of €40 shall be charged on the customer's credit card.

Private car park: €10/day

OPENING DOORS
Once 100% of the payment and check-in information have been received, the client will receive in the email provided when making the reservation a code to open the doors to the apartment and common areas.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in will be after 3 p.m. However, it is necessary to notify the company on the arrival time.
If you cannot meet this schedule, it will be necessary to contact ALIDREAMS to arrange your check-in. If ALIDREAMS is not notified, the client will bear additional expenses that could be caused by not complying with the schedule (for example, overnight stays in a hotel, transport costs, etc.) without the client having any right to make any claim for such reason. If check-in is not possible during the day of arrival or due to difficulties during the trip or for personal reasons, as well as if you shorten your stay, ALIDREAMS will not give any refunds.
Check-out will be up to 11 a.m. Occupants must be prepared to leave with their bags packed. The apartment must be clean and tidy and all doors and windows must be closed. In the event that the occupants do not leave the apartment, the client will pay a daily amount of double the daily amount contracted, as well as claims for damages that may be subject by other people with confirmed reservations, paying, in first instance, the paid deposit.
If you wish to extend your stay, you must request so at our office as soon as possible. In any case, the possibility to extend your stay will be subject to apartment availability.

DEPOSIT
A card number will be provided as a guarantee and the company reserves the right to make a withholding amount of €200. The deposit will be returned in full, as long as no damage is caused to the property.

CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
The number of people occupying the property must be the same as indicated in the reservation contract.
The occupants/client have a duty to leave the property in good condition, clean and tidy. On the contrary, ALIDREAMS reserves the right to cover any extra cleaning expenses with the deposit. The free cleaning service during your stay and upon check-out does not include cleaning kitchenware or throwing out rubbish. Rubbish bins are available at the entrance of the establishment.
All occupants of the apartment promise to respect the neighbours of the complex and nearby homes. In any case, nuisance, unhealthy, harmful, dangerous or illegal activities are not permitted in the premises. In the event of negligence or inappropriate behaviour, ALIDREAMS reserves the right to cancel the rental contract with immediate effect and without prior notice. In this case, ALIDREAMS will not be obliged to refund the amount paid by the client to rent the apartment.
It is forbidden to hang towels and clothes over the balcony balustrades.
The swimming pool opening hours are from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. It is forbidden to stick objects, such as parasols, canopies, etc. in the grass. Inflatables are forbidden in the swimming pool.
Children must always be accompanied by their parents and under their responsibility.

The holder of the contract is responsible for the correct behaviour of all the occupants of the apartment. On the contrary, ALIDREAMS reserves the right to demand the occupants vacate the apartment, without the right to future claims or any compensation.
ALIDREAMS will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage that may be caused as a result of misuse of the accommodation, including but not limited to: damage, loss after fire, robbery, crime, accidents or other types of damage.
The apartments are provided in optimal conditions of use. In the event that any damage is detected, the company must be notified within 24 hours upon arrival, otherwise the client will accept the apartment is in good condition. COMPLAINTS
Although ALIDREAMS reviews the accommodations before any change of occupants, there may be some defects to the apartment. In this case, you must notify our office immediately and no later than 24 hours after arrival. ALIDREAMS will not be liable for any subsequent claims if a complaint has not been filed when entering the accommodation, or during your stay.;

APARTMENT CAPACITY
When making the reservation, the client is responsible for the number of people occupying the apartment, including children regardless of their age. If more people, including children, occupy the apartment, ALIDREAMS reserves the right to not give the client access. Children under 2 years of age can stay in the beds or cots. Cots must be requested before arrival (ask for information on price and availability).

VALUABLE ITEMS
All valuable items (cash, mobile phones, etc.) in the room are the responsibility of the client. The company will not be made liable if such items disappear. We suggest you use the safe-deposit box in the apartment.

COMMON AREAS
Good use must be made of the facilities. They must be left in the same condition they were found and without rubbish. All common facilities, swimming pool, terraces, lounges, toilets, lockers and car park (if contracted) can be used during your stay and for a limited time after your departure time from the apartment.

GDPR
In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD) and other legal regulations in force regarding the protection of personal data, we inform you that the personal data provided will be treated by ESIZ I INMOBILIARIO S.L. (Data processor). The purpose of the data will be the maintenance, development, control and execution of the contractual relationship that, in the framework of the provision of the services identified in the subject of the contract, is maintained with ESIZ I INMOBILIARO SL. Data will be kept while there is a relationship with you. Once this is fulfilled, personal data will be stored, duly blocked, according to current sector regulations. The transfer of data to third parties is not foreseen unless required by law.
The interested party is informed that they have the right to withdraw consent to process the data at any time and that, if this right is exercised, the contract must be terminated in the terms set forth, as data processing is imperative for the execution of the contract. In this sense, you may exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion and portability of your data and those of limitation or opposition to the processing by contacting ESIZ I INMOBILIARIO S.L. with address as Avda. ESIZ I INMOBILIARIO SL is responsible for having the corresponding security measures implemented, by virtue of what is established in the current data protection regulations.

SECURITY CAMERAS
The apartment complex has a surveillance system with cameras in different parts of the complex to guarantee safety for clients, users and anyone who enters the premises.; The information obtained and stored through the recording system will be used exclusively for the purposes of prevention, security and protection of people and property that are in the establishment or facility under protection.The information above is subject to the rights recognised by Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, as well as its implementing legislation.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
This contractual relationship shall be subject to; i) the provisions of this document, ii) the General Contract Conditions provided by ESIZ I INMOBILIARIO, S.L.;
(ALIDREAMS) to the client and previously accepted by both parties, and iii) applicable legislation regarding the offered tourist apartments.
The full text of this contract, as well as the documents derived from it, including the Annexes, have been written in English, French and Spanish. All versions are official, although the version in Spanish set as a priority for interpretation.
When making the reservation, clients commit to reading these conditions. Reservation payment and the total price of the contracted stay is a sign of acceptance of these General Contract Conditions.


INFORMATION REGARDING MEASUREMENTS AGAINST COVID-19

In order to provide our customers with the mechanisms to guarantee information and security, we have taken a number of measures to deal with COVID-19.

The company may establish pre-assigned schedules for customers or other measures that help meet the premises of occupancy and distance to reduce risks.

In the common areas there will be information posters in the most common languages of customers with the conditions of use of the facilities, and in particular:
  • Capacity (capacity of and use by customers may be reduced).
  • Additional social distance rules: acknowledgement of distance marking, use of masks, etc.
  • Mandatory use of hand sanitizer
  • in order to comply with safety and hygiene standards, the opening times of common areas may be reduced or cancelled.

If you suspect that you may be affected the illness and start to have symptoms (cough, fever, feeling short of breath, etc.), you should not leave your room (this may also apply your travel comanions) and notify the reception to contact the health services to evaluate. A surgical mask should be used to prevent contagion.

The customer, at the time of booking, commits to read these conditions. The payment of the reservation and fulfillment of total price of the contracted stay, will count as a sign of acceptance of the general conditions of contract.
