The common areas have a lounge, swinging pool with salt chlorination, terrace, chill-out area, gym, lockers, laundry, showers and toilets and private parking. The areas are accessible to disabled.

This place is a great find. Great location beside beach (3 min walk) and tram stop (15 mins to center of Alicante). The bungalows are lovely, everything very comfortable and clean. Electric blinds, key less doors (code), online check etc. etc. made it such an easy stay. Front and back gardens, you are guaranteed sun all day. Pool very clean but not heated so was a little cold on cloudy days for kids... Supermarket about a 10 min walk away. Not too many restaurants on this part of the strip on Palya Muchavista but still some nice ones about a 10 min walk down the prom. Overall we had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend Carmen Beach apartments.
